look up low-cost bikes.com or low-cost bikes on google or something and it will pop up websites and stuff.
At that price range most bike shops and even eBay are out of the question (on shipping alone). I’d recommend craigslist.org to see if someone local is selling a used bike, or Butt/Walmart for a low-cost new bike.
